These terms apply to your use of lushlanecreators.com (the "Site"), run by Lush Lane Creators ("Lush Lane", "we", "us"). By using the Site you accept them.

What the Site is for

The Site explains our creator management services and lets you apply to work with us. Applying doesn't create a client relationship — our services are only provided under a separate written agreement signed by both sides.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older to use the Site or apply. We may ask you to verify your age and identity before working together.

No promised results

Plans, examples and previews on the Site are general information only and some are illustrative. Every creator's results are different and depend on many things outside our control, so we can't guarantee any level of income or growth.

Independence

Lush Lane is an independent agency. We're not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OnlyFans, Fenix International Ltd or any platform named on the Site. Trademarks belong to their owners.

Using the Site fairly

Please don't submit false information, try to access the Site without permission or interfere with how it works.

Our content

The Site's text, design and branding belong to Lush Lane and can't be copied or reused without our written permission.

Liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using the Site after an update, you accept the new version.
